Research On Promoting Export-oriented Economic And Social Development Suggestions Of Korean Enterprises Using AIIB

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB)is a multilateral development bank whose mission is to promote social and economic development in Asia.The AIIB,which began operations in January 2016,has a membership of 97,up from 57 when it was founded,making it the world's second-largest multilateral development bank.It has developed rapidly and obtained the highest credit rating from international credit rating agencies.South Korea,as the fifth largest shareholder,actively launched its activities,hosting the second Jeju Annual meeting in 2017 after the first Beijing Annual meeting in2016 and donating US $8 million Special funds.So far,most of the relevant information of the AIIB is before and after its establishment in 2016,the intention and outlook of the establishment of the AIIB,the analysis of international relations brought about by the establishment of the AIIB.However,with the passage of time,the AIIB has been established for three years and needs to be further carried out.In 2019,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the actual activities of the AIIB.This paper demonstrates the following four points: first,we understand the characteristics of AIIB from the aspects of ownership rate,governance structure,financing process and so on,and analyze its shortcomings.And through a comparison with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank,analyzes The advantages of the AIIB.Secondly,using the investment in overseas infrastructure of the AIIB,this paper analyzes the economic benefits of South Korea from the perspectives of participating in South Korean enterprises,South Korea's economy as a whole,and North Korea's infrastructure development,etc.Thirdly,from the aspects of social vitality,international status,international relations and so on,this paper analyzes the social benefits brought by the activities of the AIIB to the investment target countries and the Republic of Korea.Finally,in accordance with the development of the AIIB in the future,the development plan of co-existence and mutual prosperity is put forward.The AIIB has been successfully operated and is expected to continue to develop in the future.The paper pays special attention to practicality,and puts forward to induce South Korean enterprises to promote some parts and regions of the AIIB project closelyaround the focus of the AIIB project.A programme of industry participation.The paper tells the ROK what to do to make further use of the AIIB and what to improve for further growth,thus contributing to the development of the two countries.
