At present,China's economic development has entered a stage of medium and high-speed growth.With the continuous optimization and upgrading of domestic economic structure,enterprises are facing more opportunities and more severe challenges in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.The competition among modern enterprises has gradually been adjusted to the competition of human resources among enterprises.How to attract more talents to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,how to optimize the human resources team of enterprises and how to motivate employees to serve the market strategy of enterprises have become the focus of increasing concern in today's society.This paper aims to help enterprises build a high-quality talent team,improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees,and occupy a place in the fierce market competition.Under this background,this paper deeply studies the current incentive mechanism of L company,and puts forward the optimal design scheme of the incentive mechanism of L company employee by using the relevant incentive theory.Taking L company as an example,this paper systematically studies the incentive mechanism and its optimal design for employees.Firstly,starting from the current situation of domestic economic development,this paper expounds the background,significance,content and research methods of the paper.Secondly,it introduces the concepts of incentive and incentive mechanism,discusses the relevant theories of incentive mechanism,points out the theoretical basis of this study,and analyses the current research situation at home and abroad.After that,the current situation of human resources in L company was investigated,and the basic situation of L company and the current incentive status of employees were studied from various perspectives.Thirdly,using the combination of questionnaire and field interviews to analyze the existing problems and reasons of incentive mechanism of L company,which provides a basis for the design of incentive mechanism optimization scheme.Finally,based on the results of the previous analysis,combined with the questionnaire data,cluster analysis and Nvivo qualitative analysis are used to screen the key incentive factors of employees,so as to put forward the optimization design scheme of the incentivemechanism of L company based on EAP,and put forward the policy measures to ensure the implementation of the incentive mechanism.The results of this study can provide an important reference for the optimization design of L company's employee incentive mechanism,and have a certain reference significance for similar enterprises to stimulate employee enthusiasm and improve the enterprise incentive mechanism.
