Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s economic construction and other aspectshave got a full development, it is true of the socialist market economy. Under thisbackground, in order to get more social and economic interest, local governments makeefforts to participate in the market operation by establishing state owned companies with aconcept of enterprise management. These state owned companies have to learn theadvanced experiences and management theories to the new development conditions, andhuman resource management is one of parts of management theories. As the key part ofmodern enterprise management, human resources management consists mainly of staffrecruit and promotion, performance evaluation, salary management, staff training anddevelopment and so on. The performance evaluation, one of important element of humanresources management, has the close relation with staff recruit, promotion and training.Since the performance theorist was pointed out in the1940s, it has got great progresses.More and more companies have paid much attention to it. So it is important to establish thescientific performance evaluation systems in domestic companies.This article points out the problems by analyzing the performance evaluation andresearches, with reference of staff performance evaluation of TBEDA, finding the currentsituation and problems of performance evaluation and the reason resulting from. Secondlythe article explores the ways and details of the staff performance evaluation systems; lastlythe article provides a secure way in the execution.With the research of this article, it can also provide a reference to the company likeTBEDA as well as increase the subjective motivation of staff by the incentive way.
