Research On The Current Passenger Flow Cultivation & Countermeasures Of Ningbo Rail Transit

As part of city's most important infrastructure & public transportation,in recent 20 years,rail transit develop very fast worldwide & especially in China,based on its unique distinguishing feature as large amount of transport,quick transport,in-time transport,safe transport,and environmental transport,also in the future domestic “13th five-year plan” & “14th five-year plan”,it will meet the construction peak.The rapid development of rail transit ease the traffic pressure,change the citizens' living habits,and become the backbone of urban public transport.Also,it has played a great role in promoting the adjustment of urban space,industrial upgrade.However,with the rapid development of rail transit domestic and abroad,many cities' rail transit have the problem of poor passenger flow and lack of effective integration with urban public transport resources,especially in the early operation stage.These problems will seriously affect the construction and development of rail transit in future,if not taking comprehensive analysis and research.This article aim the rapid development trend of rail transit,based on the theory of public system,limited government and public urban strategy,sampling Ningbo rail transit,briefly introduce the Ningbo rail transit planning network,construction progress,operation situation and the passenger cultivation measures.Meanwhile,using the method of literature analysis,system analysis and wildly governmental investigation,with the angle of city public management and full field of view,analysing the characteristics of current situation,problems and causes of Ningbo rail transit passenger flow,consulting the domestic and abroad rail transit cities' typical experience,offering passenger cultivation countermeasures suggestions as,optimization of network planning,speeding the construction of network,uniting the city public traffic integration,developing "Subway + property",and optimizing fare mechanism to create intelligent services,etc.The article mainly focuses on Ningbo rail transit,but the relevant measurement,suggestions and countermeasures can also be used for reference in other cities.
