A Research On The Impact Of Cross-boundary Search To Enterprise Innovation Performance Based On Environmental Turbulence

Innovation research based on knowledge holds a point that only by using external knowledge reasonably and effectively to cater to market changes can an enterprise improve its innovation performance.Therefore,how can an enterprise effectively searching for knowledge in a rapidly changing environment is a profound theme.Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition and turbulence,this paper introduced enterprise absorption capacity as intervening variable and study the whole process of the influence of cross-boundary search to the innovation performance of enterprises,in order to study how to improve the enterprise innovation performance,which tried to provide enterprises with effective innovation ideas.The research results can not only clarify the specific path to improve the innovation performance of enterprises,but also provide the direction for the innovation activities of enterprises.In this paper,a theoretical model and hypotheses are established on the basis of combing relevant literature studies on cross-boundary search,absorption capacity,innovation performance and environmental turbulence of enterprises.Data of this paper were collected by designing and distributing questionnaires to enterprises,and124 valid questionnaires were eventually recovered and then analyzed by SPSS and AMOS.The research results show that all the 18 hypotheses proposed in this paper are supported and the expected research purpose is achieved.The research results show that technological knowledge crossover search and market knowledge crossover search can positively affect the innovation performance of enterprises.Potential absorbing ability and actual absorbing ability play an intermediary role.Environmental volatility plays a moderating role in the impact of cross-boundary search on innovation performance.With the increase of environmental turbulence,the ability of old experience searching across boundaries to promote the innovation performance of enterprises is weakened,while the ability of new knowledge searching across boundaries to promote the innovation performance of enterprises is improved.The research results further supplement the research on cross-boundary search.And provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to conduct cross-boundary search,which can be not only beneficial for enterprises to increase their knowledge stock,but also improve the ability of independent innovation,withchanging circumstances and finally achieve sustainable development.
