In the management activities of modern enterprises,with the continuous expansion of enterprise capital and business scale,talents attraction and retention is becoming the embodiment of the size of the company's core competitiveness.On the allocation of resources,the configuration problems of human resources is playing a more and more important role.Human resources as an important part of business activities affect the right to operate,how to find a reasonable balance between the management and control layer so that the enterprise can develop efficiently,this problem needs to cause the focus of modern market attention.The first stock option plan of equity incentive was proposed in the 1950 s,and has been gradually recognized and supported by laws in the United States since then.This way of attracting and retaining talents alleviates the conflict of principal-agent problem to a certain extent,which expands the interests of business operators and plays a positive role in driving the interests of both parties to be consistent.With the reform and opening up of Chinese market economy,Chinese domestic enterprises are also groping forward.After the 21 st century,the domestic capital market has carried out in-depth study on the relatively mature western systematic development model,so the idea of equity incentive has been spread to the largest extent in China.Information technology industry is one of the important pillar industries for the development of modern national economy.The innovation of patent technology and the attraction effect to core talents are particularly important to it.Information technology industry has the characteristics of high risk and high return,high r&d input cost and fast product upgrading.Therefore,it is of strategic significance to occupy the technological advantage of the industry.The equity incentive scheme of information technology industry also needs the characteristics of adapting to the innovative development direction of its own industry.Iflytek Co.,ltd.is representative in the artificial intelligence industry in our country,such a leading position in the industry of information technology industry company,has launched the third phase of equity incentive plan so far.The first two periods are stock options and the third is restricted stock option.Through the research on the content of the equity incentive plan of iflytek,we reflect from practical experience whether the effect of the implementation of the equity incentive plan has played a role in attracting and retaining talents,whether it has a significant positive impact on the r&d innovation ability,and whether it has a role in promoting the business performance of the enterprise.These considerations will be of certain reference value to the implementation of equity incentive plans for other enterprises in China's information technology industry.
