Study On Working Capital Management Performance From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

In the enterprise financial management,the working capital management is worth paying attention to.With the economic globalization,the domestic and foreign economic situation is becoming more and more complicated.Under the current situation,how to manage working capital well is of great significance for the long-term survival and development of enterprises.Meanwhile,the implementation of advanced supply chain management theory,big data,financial sharing and other emerging technologies in enterprise management provides a new idea for enterprises to improve working capital management.Based on the above understanding,this paper selects gree electric appliances,a leading domestic appliance enterprise in China,as a case company,and Qingdao Haier as a benchmarking company to evaluate and analyze the working capital management performance of Gree electric appliances,find its shortcomings and put forward targeted optimization Suggestions.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature on working capital management at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theories of working capital management and supply chain management.Then,the working capital management performance of the household appliance industry was analyzed,and the working capital management performance evaluation system based on the supply chain was used to evaluate Gree electric appliances.It was found that Gree electric appliances still had the following problems during its development:In the procurement process,the situation of occupying funds of upstream suppliers is serious,and the turnover period of payable is long,which is not conducive to the construction of strategic supply relationship and sustainable development.In the production process,the production mode has certain limitations,resulting in low efficiency of inventory turnover;In the marketing link,the receivables management ability is insufficient,the product category is single and so on a series of problems.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the following Suggestions based on the supply chain management theory:In the procurement process,establish the information sharing platform for suppliers,accelerate the capital turnover in the procurement process,conduct classified management for suppliers,and establish good strategic cooperative relations with upstream and downstream enterprises;In the production link,implements the scientific production pattern,enhances the production efficiency,by "pushes the type" to "pulls the type" the production pattern transformation;In the marketing process,I jointly managed inventory with suppliers,classified customers,improved the efficiency of payment recovery,and optimized online marketing channels to develop more marketing channels.Through the analysis of this paper,I hope it can provide some reference for the working capital management of Gree electric appliances.
