Discussion Based On Channels Perspective Of GREE Working Capital Management

Working capital management has become an important topic.With the development of economic globalization,the enterprise scale bigger and bigger,more and more assets gathered,more and more abundant capital,capital flow more and more frequent,under the current situation,how well the working capital management,definitely relationship to the enterprise survival and development.For working capital management research,a large number of documents at home and abroad have early,but are isolated from a financial perspective of the inquiry,and mostly are theory phase of the study,lack of practical application.In recent years,more and more scholars of the advanced management concept is the working capital management,to improve the working capital from multi-channel management efficiency.“China enterprise operating funds management research center” was set up,showing that China's researchers and enterprise managers pay more and more attention to working capital management,especially begin to pay close attention to the innovation of the working capital management methods.This paper is based on the theory of channels in working capital classifies each part is different from the past to have been closely working capital has separated intrinsically linked,so that the classification of working capital management and business management divorced from production operations,this the new classification so that and channel relationship management of working capital combined,you can go to improve the management of working capital from the supply chain management and channel management perspective,it is working capital management and enterprise business operation mode combined from the supply chain all processes for the production and marketing to focus on operating cash flow,with a new perspective to explore the sub-channel working capital management model.Therefore,we found in the present study on channel working capital management perspective,the theoretical study more,and less the case analysis,GREE corporation as an example,combined with its operating funds management status,focus on the new perspective and operating funds according to the channel to classification.We mainly describes the role of channels in real operation the application process of GREE And from the analysis of the GREE group based on the relationship between the existing channels operating funds management problems,Finally,through discussion herein,it is desirable to be able to enrich the research working capital management theory perspective based channels play a valuable role.
