Study On Working Capital Management Of XHTC Based On Supply Chain Perspective

With the acceleration of the modernization process of enterprises,working capital management,as an important part of enterprise financial management,also plays a vital role.The favorable position in the market competition is inseparable from the relationship between the excellent management of enterprise working capital.Working capital management is the most powerful way to maintain the vitality of capital.Traditional factor-based working capital management lacks the consideration of the relationship between working capital and supply chain.Therefore,the research of working capital management from the perspective of supply chain is of practical significance for construction enterprises.In view of this,this thesis selects XHTC as the object of working capital management case study,based on literature study method and case study method,and makes a comprehensive analysis of XHTC working capital management.Based on the supply chain theory,this thesis studies the working capital management of construction enterprises,and clearly sorts out the capital relationship of construction enterprises in each link of the supply chain.Next,to analyze the problems existing in the working capital management of each supply chain link of XHTC Company.After systematic research,it is found that XHTC company has some working capital management problems in the bidding and procurement process,such as poor financing ability,overdue accounts payable and the impact of enterprise reputation.During the construction process,there are some problems of unscientific product management methods and low overall utilization efficiency of working capital.In the completion and settlement link,XHTC company has problems such as large and concentrated amount of receivables,long turnover period and slow collection speed,In terms of the external environment and internal environment of the company,the whole construction industry is greatly affected by the national policy.Last,Improvement measures for the working capital management of XHTC Company.In the procurement process,should strengthen the communication and cooperation ability with suppliers and construction units and establish a modern supply chain inventory management system.During the construction process,should implement the centralized management of funds and develop new financing channels;In the sales and settlement process,establish and improve the accounts receivable management system and optimize the accounts receivable management in the middle and downstream of the supply chain.It is hoped that the research results of this thesis can bring some theoretical reference to the working capital management of XHTC company,so as to improve the working capital management ability and financial anti risk ability of the company,and finally improve the market competitiveness of the company.
