Architectural design enterprise is a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise.The design concept and creativity of technicians are the main source of competitiveness for the enterprise.How to give full play to the creativity of employees through efficient human resources management is a problem that architectural design enterprises should think deeply about.Under the background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprise system,this research studies and analyzes the human resource management system of Xiangyang DE Architecture Design Institute.To explore a feasible way for optimizing human resources management of state-owned architectural design enterprises with similar backgrounds.On the basis of a large amount of literature research,this paper elaborates and analyzes the concepts and theories of human resources,human resources management,5P model and so on,laying the theoretical foundation for this research.Then through in-depth interviews,field investigations,case studies and other research methods,laid a practical foundation for in-depth analysis of the case.The main contents of this case study are as follows: Firstly,the industry development background of architectural design enterprises is elaborated.The market background of small and medium-sized state-owned architectural design institutes and the general environment and market position of DE architectural design institute in Xiangyang are analyzed by using Porter's 5-force model.Then,it introduces the historical evolution of DE Architecture Design Institute in Xiangyang: with the rapid development of the real estate market,as a newly-established enterprise that has just been transformed into an enterprise,its human resources management level has fallen short of business needs.Then,through in-depth interviews,the main work flow and main human resources characteristics of Xiangyang DE Architecture Design Institute were investigated.According to the 5P model theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors in the human resources management of Xiangyang DE Architecture Design Institute.Finally,according to the actual situation of DE Architecture Design Institute in Xiangyang,it puts forward specific optimization countermeasures for the enterprise's human resources management in terms of Job design,personnel selection,performance evaluation,salary design and work enthusiasm.Although the development of architectural design technology changes with each passing day,human resource management in this industry is an eternal topic for every enterprise.This paper takes DE Architecture Design Institute of Xiangyang as an example to analyze and try to find a new way for the development of other state-owned architecture design enterprises serving small and medium-sized cities.
