Employee innovative behavior is a variety of innovative behavior from the emergence of innovative ideas to the implementation of innovative behavior.As an important part of employee behavior,employee innovation behavior is affected by intrinsic goal orientation and exogenous work pressure.At the same time,due to individual differences,the setting of individual goal orientation and the perception of work stress will be affected and regulated by self-efficacy.Based on this,this paper defines the connotation and extension of work stress,goal orientation,self-efficacy,employee innovation behavior and so on,through questionnaire survey,model construction,empirical research methods,work stress(including sub-dimensions),Target orientation(including sub-dimensions)and The influence mechanism and ways of self-efficacy on employees' innovative behavior are systematically analyzed.The results show that,as a whole,goal orientation and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,while work stress has no significant effect on employee innovation behavior.From the test results of the subdivision dimensions of each variable,it can be seen that challenging stress has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,while hindrance stress has no significant impact on employee innovation behavior.Learning orientation and confirmation orientation in goal orientation have significant positive effects on employee innovation behavior,while avoidance orientation has no significant negative effect on employee innovation behavior.From the results of intermediary test,we can see that self-efficacy affects the influence of challenging stress on employees' innovative behavior.The use is not significant.Therefore,in enterprise management,managers should attach importance to the importance of innovation,construct a cultural mechanism conducive to employee innovation,improve the scientific management level of pressure,maintain moderate work pressure,and moderately exert challenging pressure.Guide employees to set up work goals,pay attention to provide employees with a work atmosphere conducive to learning,enhance employees' sense of self-efficacy of innovation,in order to promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
