| New media represented by online travel websites play an increasingly important role in the construction and dissemination of tourism destination images in the Internet age.Geopark is the important carrier of the geo tourism activities and is a kind of important scenic spots.The Longhushan World Geopark is characterized by the Danxia landform and has a high reputation.It is one of the representative tourist attractions in Jiangxi Province.Based on a large number of network texts,taking Longhushan World Geopark as the research area,the research on tourism image perception of Geopark from the perspective of tourist perception can play a guiding role in the maintenance and propaganda of Longhu Mountain tourism image,and has important practical significance for the management and management of scenic spots.In this study,using the network text analysis method and questionnaire survey method,ROST CM6 and SPSS software,through network text data and questionnaire survey data,this paper studies tourists’ cognitive image and emotional image of Longhushan Global Geopark.The overall image and willingness to revisit are perceived,and the results of questionnaire data analysis and network data analysis are compared and analyzed,and finally some concrete suggestions are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of cognitive image,tourists’ perception of the dimensions of tourism attraction,tourism service facilities,tourism management and service and tourism environment atmosphere in Longhushan Global Geopark is about the same,and there is a slight difference in the degree of attention.Among the subdivided perceptual contents,online tourists have higher perception of natural and human tourism,roads and traffic facilities,etc.Offline tourists pay more attention to tourism management,tourism environment atmosphere,tour routes and traffic,and so on.The geomorphological landscape of Longhushan Global Geopark is characterized by outstanding features,and contains Taoist culture,cliff tomb culture and so on.(2)In terms of emotional image,Tourists are dominated by positive feelings for Longhushan Global Geopark.Positive evaluation mainly focuses on natural tourism attraction,human tourism attraction and tourism activities.Negative emotional perception mainly involves tourism management and in terms of service,tourism service facilities,in which the negative evaluation is at most the perception of the level of service personnel.(3)In terms of the overall image and willingness to revisit,tourists’ perception of natural tourism attractions in the overall image perception of the Longhushan Global Geopark exceeds that of humanistic tourism attractions.The overall satisfaction of tourists is high,most tourists are willing to revisit the Longhu Mountain. |
