With the advent of the mass tourism era,People’s attention to tourism has been increasing,tourism demand is more diversified and extensive.It is beneficial to the sustainable development of tourism to analyze the image of tourism destination perceived by tourists,to tap the mass tourism demand and to promote the image of tourism destination.Since the development of“Internet plus”,tourists have been keen to share their travel activities and evaluate their travel experiences on tourism platforms by means of travel notes or comments,which can record their lives,it can also help other tourists to know the image of tourism destination in advance and make tourism decisions.Therefore,based on the two data types of online travel notes and online reviews,this paper analyzes and studies the perception differences of Changdao tourism image among different user groups,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions,it can provide reference for the high-quality development of Changdao tourism.In this paper,web text analysis is used to extract travel notes and Ctrip commentary data from the WASP network.Through in-depth analysis of its text content,found that the Changdao tourism development problems for the Changdao tourism development of constructive suggestions.The study found that,from the perspective of online travel notes,tourists on Changdao perception of positive emotions accounted for 96.39%,the overall satisfaction is high.The negative feelings of tourists towards Changdao are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first,accommodation and catering,for example,the existence of high prices,poor accommodation and food environment,low cost-performance ratio of seafood,and other problems;and second,transportation services,the third is the scenic area management problems,such as poor ticket office service,lack of management.From the point of view of online comments,99.20% and 87.43% of tourists’ positive emotions were expressed in Changdao scores and comments,respectively.Besides the problems mentioned in the travel notes,the negative emotions also mentioned the problems existing in the development of scenic spots,including the scenic spot development plan lacks the characteristic,in the scenic spot food price performance ratio is not high,in the scenic spot exists the parking to charge recklessly,the scenic spot ticket price is expensive and so on.To this end,the development of Changdao put forward countermeasures and suggestions: first,pay attention to the planning lead,enhance the tourist experience;second,strengthen the industry supervision,improve the level of management services;third,give play to tourism characteristics,reduce the homogeneity of scenic spots;Fourth,to increase publicity and promote island tourism culture;fifth,mining user behavior and promote the development of tourism platform.
