Contract Operations Management For Production Of Engineering Plastics Pellets

Utilizing the concept of full-life cycle,the overall management system of contract operations for enterprise is thoroughly studied and analyzed.With the methodology of systematic thinking,there are four phases of contract operation.Firstly it is the decision process to clarify the reason and benefits of adopting contract manufacturing(CM).Secondly it is for the process of selecting and evaluating CM suppliers to identify the most appropriate partner.Thirdly it is talking about the routine management of CM partner to maintain the health of supplier relationship.Lastly it elaborates how to end the CM contract to prevent the loss of both parties.For the production and supply of engineering plastic pellets,this article mainly describes the application of CM management theory.From decision making to supplier selection,from supplier relationship managememt to termination of CM contract,step by step it describes the combination of theory and practice.During all the four stages of CM managing process,risks are always there and it is highlighted of risk mitigation and/or management for each CM phase.
