In the Recent 20 years, with the growing strength of our country, civil aviation industry is developing rapidly, and the demand of the Full Flight Simulator(FFS)is increasing countinuously. However,FFS is very expensive and the introduction period is long, also it required high level project management, and how to reduce the period of the introduction in a reasonable matter, whether it is the aviation manufacturing enterprises or airlines is the most concerned problem. This paper studies and discusses the application of the Critical Chain Method in the introduction of project time management. The main achievements is as follows:(1)Compare Critical Chain with CPM/PERT project time management, the use of key link method for project time management advantages, and a detailed description of the key chain method of project time management. In addition, the method of setting up different types of buffer is also deeply analyzed, which provides the theoretical support for the introduction of project time management practice in the FFS.(2)This paper describes the characteristics and life cycle of the introduction of the FFS,analyzes each stage of the introduction process, analyzes the current situation and problems of the project management.(3)Establish the Critical chain time management model of the Full flight simulator by Critical Chain Management method. The project's time estimation, key activity identification, resource balance, process monitoring,etc..(4)The critical chain management is applied in the domestic civil aircraft flight simulator to simulate the time management of the project, and the validity of the key chain management is verified by Monte Carlo simulation.
