With the development of social economy,the destruction and pollution of natural environment will certainly occur,which will seriously affect people's healthy life.Therefore,it can be predicted that the society will pay more and more attention to environmental issues in the future.From the perspective of enterprises,the development of low-carbon economy will be enterprises under the pressure of corporate social responsibility and external policies(such as the compulsory implementation of carbon tax policy,etc.).The only way for industry.In this context,logistics industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy and an important modern service industry,so it is necessary to do something in the development of low-carbon economic activities.Logistics distribution is one of the main sources of carbon emissions in logistics activities,so it is very important and meaningful to study the optimization of regional segmentation of Urban Logistics Distribution Considering carbon emissions.This paper takes the regional segmentation of logistics distribution as the research object,considering the types of vehicles,vehicle capacity,customer service time and other factors,to study the carbon emissions generated by vehicles in the process of distribution and service.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the carbon emissions generated by vehicles in the process of distribution and customer service,so as to provide the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban logistics,the characteristics of urban logistics distribution service and the construction of the structure of urban logistics distribution system,this paper establishes and solves the model of regional division of logistics distribution by using continuous approximation method,and solves the number of regional division of logistics distribution by means of simple algorithm,taking into account some factors such as vehicle type,vehicle capacity and time limit of serving customers.To analyze and solve the regional partition model of logistics distribution,its purpose is to reduce carbon consumption in the process of logistics distribution,improve distribution efficiency and reduce urban environmental pollution.This paper mainly considers the factors of vehicle type,vehicle load,maximum service time in service area.The problem to be solved in this paper is how to combine vehicle types when rectangular areas are divided into several service areas so as to minimize the carbon emissions of the vehicles used.
