High-tech enterprises are the most potential industries in the national economy of China.They not only promote the stable and rapid growth of the national economy,but also further realize the economic restructuring.For high-tech enterprises established in China,tax incentives are formulated and constantly improved,and many high-tech enterprises are also enjoying the benefits of the policy.However,High-tech enterprises in the industry have different development processes,and there is not enough research on the difference between the effects of the current preferential tax policies on different industries.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the differences between high-tech enterprises in different industries in combination with the current tax preferential policies,so as to promote the continuous development of China's high-tech enterprises..This paper selects six industries,which are the information technology industry,the biological and new medical technology industry,the high-tech transformation traditional industry,the high-tech service industry,the new energy and energy-saving technology industries among the high-tech enterprises listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange,and financial data for five consecutive years from 2013 to 2017 is used.The author uses SPSS21.0,STATA14.0 statistical analysis software to empirically analyze the data to explore the relationship of tax incentives and corporate comprehensive performance,corporate solvency,corporate profitability,business capability,enterprise development capability and risk capabilities,and enrich the theoretical research on the relationship between tax incentives and corporate performance of high-tech enterprises.Finally,we make recommendations on the industry as a whole and the sub-sectors of high-tech enterprises.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction.The research background,research significance and purpose of this paper are expounded,and the literature review at home and abroad is expounded,too.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis.The concepts of high-tech enterprises and enterprise performance are described and defined,and the relevant basic theories are expounded.The third part is the tax preferential policy enjoyed by high-tech enterprises.In this chapter,The author sorts out the tax incentives for high-tech enterprises currently implemented in China,and proposes the problems existing in the current tax incentives.The fourth part is the research and design.Based on the analysis of the impact of tax incentives on the performance of high-tech enterprises,relevant assumptions are proposed and models are established.The fifth part is empirical research.Using SPSS21.0 and STATA14.0 statistical analysis software,the auther studies the relationship of tax incentives and corporate comprehensive performance,corporate solvency,corporate profitability,business capability,enterprise development capability and risk capabilities.The sixth part is the conclusions and recommendations.From the data analysis,it is concluded that tax incentives can promote the overall performance of high-tech enterprises and the improvement of their operational capabilities.However,it only improves the overall performance of the new materials technology industry and the new energy and energy technology industries.For the information technology industry,the biological and new medical technology industry,the high-tech transformation of traditional industries and the high-tech service industry,tax incentives cannot improve the overall performance of enterprises.On the basis of the previous article,the author make recommendations on the industry as a whole and the sub-sectors of high-tech enterprises.
