Fresh agricultural products are perishable products, which are characterized by perishable and high requirements for preservation. For a long time, high fresh transportation loss and high cost are a serious problem faced by China's fresh industry. In recent years, with the rise of fresh e-commerce,third-party logistics and the change of people's consumption concept, consumers also have an increasing quality requirements for fresh products. How to improve the quality of fresh produce and improve the profit of the relevant participants in the supply chain has become an urgent problem to be solved in the fresh supply chain. The research on the supply chain of fresh agricultural products and the research on third-party logistics have become a hot issue in supply chain research. This paper uses game theory, operations research and other methods to coordinate a three-level supply chain system consisting of third-party logistics service providers, suppliers and retailers from the perspective of fresh-keeping cost sharing. The non-cooperative model, the retailer allocation model, the supplier allocation model, and the retailer and supplier allocation together model are constructed respectively. The influence of some correlation coefficient on the decision-making strategies and profits of all parties in the supply chain is discussed. The differences in decision-making strategies and profitability of the parties in the supply chain under different allocation scenarios are compared. The research in the third chapter shows that in the non-cooperative situation, the fresh-keeping effort, the unit transport price, the unit wholesale price, the unit retail price, and the profit of all parties in the supply chain are all the negatively affected by the elasticity of fresh-keeping investment to fresh-keeping effort, but there is a positive relationship between the elasticity of market demand to freshness and the level of fresh-keeping efforts, unit transport prices, unit wholesale prices, unit retail prices, and profits of all parties in the supply chain. The research in Chapter fourth, fifth and sixth shows that whether the retailer or supplier participates alone or together into the fresh-keeping cost sharing,it is beneficial to the third-party logistics service provider, and as the increasing of sharing proportion, the third-party logistics service provider's profit also increase.Retailer participation in the allocation can increase the profit of the supplier, but retailer's profit cannot improve all the time comparing with non-cooperative situation.Supplier allocation can promote retailer's profit growth, and when the fresh-keeping cost sharing coefficient is within a certain range, its own profit can also grow, but its profit growth is lower than retailer's profit growth. When the retailer and supplier share together, when the sharing proportion is within a certain range, the profit of both the supplier and the retailer can be increased, and the profit growth of the supplier is higher than that of the retailer. That is to say,the supplier and the retailer sharing fresh-keeping cost together is a coordination mechanism that all parties can accept in the supply chain.
