| At present,over 80% of China’s food poisoning accidents occur in rural areas.Over 90% of foodborne diseases are concentrated in rural areas.Compared with urban residents,the food safety problems faced by farmers are even more prominent.Based on this reality,this paper takes 4 villages in Dayanjiao Town,Lixian County,Hunan Province as the research samples.The questionnaire survey is conducted in four aspects of "food safety knowledge,food safety regulations,food nutrition and health,and food safety regulation" A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed in an attempt to explore issues related to food safety in rural areas,popularization of nutritional knowledge and safety supervision.The study found that the safety of local rural food exposed the following issues: First,the current laws and regulations on food safety are not perfect enough,there are cross-cutting or vacuum phenomena between the supervisory and enforcement departments in multiple departments.According to the survey,100% of the villagers expressed the hope that food safety laws and regulations can be further improved;In the survey conducted by the villagers on the supervision and law enforcement of relevant departments,17.54% of the villagers showed satisfaction,30.70% of the villagers said they were basically satisfied and 51.76% of the villagers said they were not satisfied.Third,food safety knowledge and knowledge of the level of leave is not enough,the survey shows that villagers facing shopping disputes,choose to report to the relevant departments accounted for 11.40%,choose to give up or consider themselves unlucky accounted for 20.18%.Fourthly,the nutrition of left-behind children is unbalanced.The survey shows that only 20% of the left-behind children daily intake of fruits and vegetables,35.09% of left-behind children picky eaters,partial eclipse phenomenon is serious.In view of the above problems,this article puts forward some pertinent and feasible measures: First,improve the legal system of food safety;second,strengthen the law enforcement supervision system;third,strengthen the popularization of villagers’ food safety knowledge;fourth,fully mobilize the strength of all parties Actively concerned about nutrition and health status of rural children. |
