Local Government Debt Risk Prevention Research Of Hunan Province

In the fiscal and taxation system reform and the economy under the background of the new normal,the existence of China's economic development opportunities and challenges coexist,the proactive fiscal policy and loose monetary policy incentives,the local government debt in China has experienced more than 10 years of rapid expansion,followed by a debt risk is also growing.Not only faced with the severe debt risk of local government,and at the same time need to be mindful of debt risk caused by government's financial crisis,the credit crisis.So to strengthen the awareness of preventing the risks of local government debt,arrangement of targeted policies and measures to regulate local government borrowing,keep the benign development of the regional economy.Both from a macroeconomic perspective,this paper analyses the situation of local government debt in China,and based on the data of local government of hunan province,to analyze the local government debt and suit the remedy to the case.Article based on the present situation of the country's grasp the macro and microscopic analysis,the case in the current based on the data obtained,from multi-angle,multi-level comprehensive analysis of the hunan local government debt risk situation,the reasons of the risk and the impact on the future,on this basis,gives the specific Suggestions on local government debt risk prevention measures.Finally,summarizes the research achievements of this paper and described the innovation,and puts forward some problems to further explore the research direction in the future.
