Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Hunan Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Development

With the socio-economic development and life,the pace of work to speed up the people of fresh frozen food demand is growing,so the cold chain logistics of agricultural products put forward higher requirements.As Hunan Province,aquatic frozen food,milk and other perishable food sales increased year by year,people are increasingly concerned about the cold chain logistics links,Hunan agricultural products cold chain logistics as a higher value-added logistics business,has not yet formed a set Reasonable theoretical system,nor get the attention it deserves,there are many problems in the development.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition of cold chain logistics related concepts,including the concept of cold chain,cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and elaborates the characteristics and theoretical basis of agricultural cold chain logistics in detail.Again,to analyze the development of Hunan agricultural cold chain logistics effectiveness and major issues with a large amount of data and sufficient theory.On this basis,we draw lessons from the experiences of domestic and international agricultural cold chain logistics development and enlightenment,combined with the special actual situation in Hunan Province,summed up the suitable countermeasures for the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Hunan Province: Including the need to strengthen the construction of agricultural cold chain logistics infrastructure;to achieve the modernization of agricultural cold chain logistics technology upgrades,such as the establishment of "farm to table" from the farm product traceability system and the innovative development of cold chain logistics technology;establish agricultural cold chain logistics transport mechanism to enhance The overall planning;form an integrated cold chain logistics model of agricultural products,to achieve common distribution;speed up the cultivation of third-party cold chain logistics enterprises to promote the development of agricultural cold chain logistics;promote cold chain logistics information,pay attention to personnel training.The above suggestions are helpful to the sustainable development of cold chain logistics of Hunan agricultural products.
