Research On Development Of Leisure And Sightseeing Agricultural Garden In Yantai On Satisfaction Indices Perspective

Agricultural sightseeing garde is a new form of industry which combines leisure agricultural and tourism.It caters to the new situation of the city development and the market prospect is extremely impressive.In certain extent,the development of agricultural sightseeing garden promotes the sustainable development of rural ecomony and provides new methods and ideas of the rural economy and rural tourism.In recent years,our country has paid more attention to agritourism.A large number of scholars have studied it and they believe that there is a huge space for development.However,due to the shorter development time and the lack of the relevant theory,the development of sightseeing-type agriculture lacks an effective way.Therefore,it is of great significance for the effective and sustainable development of leisure sightseeing agricultural park to select its samples scientifically and conduct empirical research.Based on the background and significance of the topic,research methods and ideas,research deficiencies and innovations,research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the development of leisure and tourism agriculture in Yantai City,the main development model and the main business model of the agricultural park,and draws on the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park.Relevant literature and customer satisfaction theory,taking into account the characteristics of Yantai Leisure and Tourism Agriculture Park,constructing a new satisfaction angle of Yantai Leisure and Tourism Agriculture Park evaluation index system,designing Yantai Leisure and Tourism Agriculture Park questionnaire,Yantai Agricultural Expo Yuanyuan Leisure Town,Yantai,conducted a questionnaire survey.The leisure sightseeing agricultural park selects the indicators,and the collected questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS for frequency,mean and variance analysis.calculate the scores of the evaluation index of Yantai City's leisure and sightseeing agricultural park development,and establish the binary logistic model of the factors affecting customer complaints.According to the results of empirical analysis,it is pointed out that there are problems in the development of leisure and sightseeing agricultural parks in Yantai City.The results show that the fire safety level in the park is poor,the surrounding traffic is not convenient,and the price rationality needs to be improved.Except that gender has influence on various variables,occupation and age haveno significant impact;leisure sightseeing agricultural park lacks scientific management.It is greatly affected by the season,customers have poor experience in visiting,customers have little knowledge of leisure and sightseeing agricultural parks.Based on the above research,this paper gives suggestions for the effectiveness of sustainable development of Yantai Leisure and Tourism Agriculture Park is as follows: in order to enhance their satisfaction,it is necessary to enhance the fire safety level of agricultural parks,improve the surrounding traffic,improve the level of convenient,rational pricing,and improve pricing strategy;standardize business management,innovative business model to develop a sharing agricultural business model,rationally develop,break seasonal constraints;strengthen economic sustainable development,improve infrastructure construction;increase awareness of publicity and establish brand awareness.
