With the gradual improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of insurance awareness,China’s insurance industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and the insurance industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in China.In order to meet the rapid development of the insurance industry,there are more and more application software in the insurance industry,but the core system is still the leading system of each insurance company.In order to ensure that the core system meets the docking of various peripheral systems,the upgrade of the core system is also increasingly important.The upgrading process of the core system is generally divided into the upgrading of the technical framework of the system,the upgrading of the framework of some applications,and the upgrading of business logic processes.For each upgrade process,the insurance company(Party A/investor)and the supplier(Party B/subcontractor)are involved,and the intermediary(Party C)is also involved in part of the upgrade process.Different companies have different cultural differences in their backgrounds,customs,ways of doing things,etc.Therefore,the cooperation satisfaction between Party A,Party B and Party C and how to promote the improvement of satisfaction have become important conditions for smooth and successful cooperation.In this thesis,the data of Party B’s investment in the upgrade of the core business system of insurance company A and the data of Party A’s evaluation of Party B’s satisfaction are analyzed through the statistical models such as factor analysis,binary logistic analysis,linear regression model,Predict command prediction,survival analysis function and multiple logistic regression model analysis in the SPSS statistical software.And combine the data analysis results with the reasons for low customer satisfaction during the upgrade process of A Insurance Company’s core projects.Starting from the reasons,find representative suggestions and methods to improve customer satisfaction.In the subsequent project cooperation process,targeted optimization will be carried out on the existing problems,in order to achieve the satisfaction of both parties in cooperation and the smooth launch of the project.At the same time,we also have a good knowledge reserve and data analysis models to facilitate the subsequent cooperation process.We can anticipate risks in advance and solve problems before they occur,thereby greatly improving customer satisfaction.With the extensive application of data analysis,in order to make data analysis more convenient and labor-saving in the implementation of projects,it is necessary to focus on talent training and data storage in each project cooperation process.In terms of talent training,professional talents should be fully trained in advance to facilitate the timely and accurate discovery of problems.In terms of data storage,it is necessary to provide strong backup.Only if the data is true,reasonable and effective,can we reach the most accurate conclusion,and achieve the purpose of prevention in advance and modification in time.
