With the development of Rural Revitalization Strategy and precise poverty alleviation strategy,financial support for agriculture has been increasing.At present,the focus of improving rural financial system in China is to establish a rural inclusive financial system and provide timely,accessible and effective financial services to remote areas,scattered farmers,small and micro enterprises and low-income groups in society.Based on the "Internet plus" background,the development of rural Inclusive Finance and the construction of a rural inclusive financial system under the background of "Internet plus" can enrich the theory of inclusive financial development,and put forward a new development path for rural Inclusive Finance,and balance the relationship between universality and profitability.Through modern Internet technology,traditional financial institutions can lower the threshold of financial services,and the new Internet financial platform can also provide financial services for small and micro enterprises and farmers,make up for the shortcomings of physical network of traditional financial institutions.This paper combs the concept of inclusive finance,the development process at home and abroad and the current situation of development through theoretical analysis,using literature research and case analysis methods,to lay a theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,which is also the core part of this paper,it will elaborate on the Internet of traditional rural financial institutions and the inclusive development of rural Internet financial institutions,and analyze the operation mechanism,advantages and problems in detail.Thirdly,through case analysis,this paper chooses Dabeinong,Alibaba and Yixin rural financial strategy cases to support how to realize the development of inclusive rural finance under the background of internet.Finally,it analyzes the problems and countermeasures,analyzes the problems existing in the rural Inclusive Finance under the background of "Internet +",puts forward the innovation based on the rural Internet finance,and at the same time,consummates the rural infrastructure construction,attaches importance to the important role of supervision,realizes the establishment of the rural Internet financial system and the risk control,and at the same time puts emphasis on five aspects,such as the propaganda of financial knowledge,and so on.How to make rural inclusive finance develop better.
