Product digital design technology development brought great benefits to the enterprise,at the same time,higher requirements are put forward for data management,project planning management and design process.Change management is also a concentrated reflection of the ideas and means of project management in an enterprise.Each project has its own temporality and uniqueness,so a suitable project plan should be made according to the actual situation.The plan of a project is to achieve its goals,project process make assumptions and prediction about the future,but the project itself has many uncertain factors,combined with changes in the external environment and market,personnel changes in the needs of customers and other factors,they can make the product R&D process implementation,according to the actual situation of the project plan,such as design modify or upgrade,it will produce a lot of changes.Therefore,it is inevitable to change the original project plan,and make adaptive adjustment according to the current project progress.this study put forward aiming at the change management in product R&D project feasible process and control method of change device to ensure the effective control of the whole process of the project,to achieve the management of the dynamic project more appropriate.Improper change management will directly affect the progress of the project.Customer requirements,or change in the production plan,production cycle,or change in the quality requirements,no matter what kind of change,eventually effect the total cost of the project.There for,project change management as a key to control the schedule and cost,risk assessment.Under the background of manufacturing informatization,this research mainly studies the change management of product R&D projects. |
