Innovation is the driving force for the stable development of the national economy and an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,both in terms of funds and policies,we can see that Chinese government is strongly supporting and encouraging independent innovation in enterprises,and strives to achieve a major shift from manufacturing to creation.Despite this,there is still a certain gap between the independent innovation capability of Chinese enterprises and that of developed countries.The development of innovation capabilities of enterprises is not outstanding,so effective methods are needed to help enterprises improve their innovation capabilities.On the one hand,clear indicators are needed to reflect the technological innovation capability of enterprises;on the other hand,a reasonable incentive system is needed to effectively stimulate the improvement of technological innovation capability of enterprises,that is,the equity incentive.Therefore,this paper firstly defines the concept,including the definition of corporate equity incentives and related concepts of core technical personnel,and combines the theory of technological innovation with a large number of relevant literatures to summarize a set of reasonable evaluation indicators of enterprise technological innovation capabilities.Absolute indicators contain R&D capital investment,R&D manpower input,R&D patent output,R&D product sales revenue;relative indicators contain R&D expenditure patents,R&D expenditure product sales revenue,per capita R&D patents,per capita R&D product sales revenue.It covers three aspects:technological innovation investment,technological innovation output and technological innovation efficiency.On this basis,the paper sorts out the relevant research and literature of scholars,summarizes the relevant factors that affect the technological innovation ability of enterprises,the impact of equity incentives on corporate performance and the relationship between equity incentives and technological innovation of enterprises,most of them scholars.It is believed that equity incentives will promote the technological innovation of enterprises.To this end,through the analysis of principal-agent theory,human capital theory and incentive theory,combined with the case of Haid Group's implementation of equity incentive plan for core technical personnel,the relationship between the two is confirmed by specific data,and it is considered that the core technicians the implementation of the equity incentive plan will promote the technological innovation capability of enterprises.The paper also introduces the horizontal comparison of the equity incentive cases of the listed companies in the same industry,highlighting the differences in the target of equity incentives,and the promotion of technological innovation capabilities will be different.When the incentive targets are core technical personnel,the enterprise the promotion of technological innovation capability is more obvious.In order to promote the improvement of technological innovation capability,this paper proposes that in the process of implementing the equity incentive plan,enterprises should pay more attention to the incentives of core technical personnel and improve relevant implementation steps.At the same time,it is necessary to cultivate enterprises'sense of innovation and protection of innovation results,and strengthen innovation and the connection of market demand comprehensively enhances the technological innovation capability of enterprises.
