With the proposal of innovation-driven development strategy,scientific and technological innovation,as the strategic support to improve social productivity and overall national strength,has become the core of national development.For enterprises,innovation drive is essentially talent drive,attracting and retaining high-quality scientific and technological talents is a vital issue for enterprises.Through active incentive policies,enterprises can retain more core talents and improve their innovation output by allowing them to get reasonable returns in the process of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the public during the period of 2005-2017,1977 companies as the initial samples,filter processing and establish the unbalanced panel data,tend to score matching and double difference regression analysis,examine the core technology employee equity incentive policy influence on enterprise innovation,and further discusses it's in High-tech enterprise and the effects of Hightech enterprise of differences and incentive,the valid contract variables such as subject matter.Based on the above research,the conclusions are as follows: first,the implementation of equity incentive for core technology employees can significantly improve the level of innovation output of enterprises.Meanwhile,compared with nonhigh-tech enterprises,the implementation of equity incentive for core technology employees in high-tech enterprises has a better incentive effect.Second,the improvement effect of the innovation level of enterprises with relatively high incentive force for the core technical staff is more significant.Thirdly,from the perspective of equity incentive scheme design and optimization,the effect of equity incentive scheme with a long validity period on enterprise innovation incentive is better than the control group,but not significant.Restricted stock and stock options have the same effect on innovation level,but no significant difference neither.
