Intelligent manufacturing is a human-machine integrated intelligent system composed of intelligent machines and human experts.It can carry out intelligent activities in the manufacturing process,such as analysis,reasoning,judgment,conception and decision-making.Intelligence is generally regarded as the sum of knowledge and intelligence.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,in the context of economic globalization and social informatization,the international manufacturing industry has become increasingly competitive,and the demand for advanced manufacturing technology has become more urgent.The deep integration of emerging information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet,Internet of things and artificial intelligence with the manufacturing industry is causing profound changes in the r&d,design,manufacturing,industrial form and business model of the manufacturing industry.Scientific and technological innovation has become the main driving force for the development of advanced manufacturing industry.The development of intelligent manufacturing needs to go through four stages: automation,informatization,interconnection and intellectualization.The development of intelligent manufacturing needs to go through different stages.Each stage corresponds to the continuous maturity of a core link in the intelligent manufacturing system,which is divided into four stages.They are automation,informatization,interconnection and intellectualization.At present,China is still in the late stage of "industry 2.0"(electrification),and "industry 3.0"(informatization)is yet to be further popularized,which has a certain gap compared with developed countries in the world.According to the in-depth market research and analysis report of China's intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in 2017-2021 released by China industry research report network,China's manufacturing output reached 1.955 trillion us dollars in 2010,accounting for 19.8% of the global total manufacturing output value,exceeding the total output value of 1.952 trillion us dollars in the United States.China's manufacturing output has since become the world's largest.With the upgrading and transformation of intelligent manufacturing industry,China's intelligent manufacturing equipment industry shows a rapid growth trend,and the market size will exceed 1.5 trillion yuan in 2017.In intelligent manufacturing vigorous market demand and huge business potential,Siemens automation company need to study and adjust the previous deal with the business model of traditional automation requirements,in the development of intelligent manufacturing technology at the same time,to study how to understand customer's new intelligent requirements,how to plan and drive the market marketing,how to analyze the market and find the effective target customers,and ultimately Siemens automation company how to grasp the market opportunity,win customers,win the market influence.
