In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the booming Internet industry and the application and development of Internet technology in different industries,it has brought new business models and industrial development forms to the whole market.At the same time,the deep integration of informationization,intelligence and industrialization has promoted the upgrading and transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.Under the background of great changes in the global manufacturing industry,the upgrading and transformation to intelligent manufacturing is an urgent need for the development of the company.This paper takes SCHLOTE Automotive Parts(Tianjin)Company as the research object,collects and arranges the relevant literature at home and abroad on intelligent factory and intelligent manufacturing,and deeply studies its relevant theories.Using the research and analysis method of the combination of macro and micro,compared with the actual situation of the transformation and upgrading of domestic and foreign enterprises to intelligent factories,according to the characteristics of the auto parts industry,investigated the production site,investigated the personnel of the operation Department,and analyzed and summarized the current situation of the production and operation of SCHLOTE Company.Although the production automation of SCHLOTE Company is in a high level and some equipment has been digitized,there are still problems of Information Island,low level of Internet of things and poor coordination ability of all parties.After determining the principles and objectives of upgrading to intelligent factory,the integration scheme of intelligent factory system is constructed,then it studies the contents of each level of the whole framework.In order to realize the upgrade to intelligent factory,SCHLOTE has very complete conditions in terms of hardware equipment.However,when we want to use big data to dynamically reflect the processing status of the production site and provide key data for the decision-making of the management,SCHLOTE needs to be upgraded and improved.In order to solve mentioned problems.This paper also starts from the two most critical aspects,and deeply expounds the specific contents of the final intelligent upgrading of the factory.On the one hand,the data acquisition platform is built to collect dynamic data for each device,so as to make the production process transparent,enhance equipment utilization and provide data sources for all system processing;On the other hand is the function construction of manufacturing execution system(MES),which plays a bridge role in the upgrading of intelligent factory,allowing all information data to interact and each system to be highly integrated.In order to ensure the successful completion of the upgrading of smart factory to the smart factory,it is also in the two dimensions of management and execution level,which are strongly supported in company strategy,organizational structure,financial manpower and personnel intelligent training,so as to achieve the desired results for the intelligent upgrading of the company.Through the implementation of the scheme,it is expected that the company can be upgraded into an efficient and modern intelligent factory.At the same time,through the thinking of upgrading the intelligent factory,it also provides experiences for other automobile and automotive parts industry,such as intelligent manufacturing transformation,intelligent factory construction and information intelligent upgrading.
