Research On The International Competitiveness Of China's Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Influence Factor And Its Promotion Strategy

With the rise of the new round of revolution of science and technology,traditional manufacturing industry faces a huge impact,problems such as the weak innovation ability,low scientific and technological content of products,high-end equipment accounted for less and so on exposed gradually,traditional manufacturing industry is badly in need of adjustment and upgrade,intelligent manufacturing industry become the new direction of industrial development,with the concept of "made in China 2025,intelligent manufacturing industry has gradually attracted attention and concern.Study on our country intelligent manufacturing industry's international competitiveness becomes a very meaningful topic.This paper will evaluate the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper described and explained the concept of intelligent manufacturing.Then collected the import and export data posted on the website of the Chinese customs,based on the data,analyzed three indicators including International market share,Trade competitiveness index,Revealed comparative advantage index.It is concluded that the international competitiveness of China's intelligent manufacturing industry has not yet formed a sufficient advantage now.Then,the article briefly introduced Porter's diamond model,combining with characteristics of China's intelligent manufacturing industry,build the influencing factors model of China's intelligent manufacturing industry,the eight factors including product,scale,related industries,the level of technological innovation,resources and capital,government management,human resources,business strategy and management.Finally,the author puts forward the following eight suggestions: improve the intelligent manufacturing products,expand the scale of enterprises and promote the strategic alliance,promote industrial cluster,to enhance the capability of enterprise technology innovation,ensure enterprise capital demand,increase government support,the establishment of industrial development personnel support system,the establishment of appropriate system and mechanism,and these measures and the previous eight factors are in one-to-one correspondence.
