Since the introduction of the first personal wealth management product in Everbright Bank in 2004,the new market has been born.This brand-new area has brought new market space to the intermediate business of commercial banks.At present,although the domestic personal wealth management products market has not reached the standard of foreign developed countries,but the development speed is a leap-forward growth.Especially in recent years,the depression of securities market and the promotion of interest rate marketization reform in our country have provided abundant market space and huge market demand for personal financial products market.In addition,with the rapid development of Internet finance in recent years,the market of personal financial products is in the network technology.Strong driving force,product innovation,publicity,and marketing have been greatly enhanced to varying degrees.In the face of more and more fierce competition in the same industry,traditional banks will face a lot of pressure both in the product market and on the level of customer demand.On the basis of the above,the object of this study is ICBC's series of personal wealth management products,detailed to ICBC Shihezi Branch,mainly through questionnaire,supplemented by on-the-spot interviews with ICBC.From the branch of Shihezi investor demand level and branch personal wealth management products supply two angles to carry on the analysis.Using the data collected by a large number of questionnaires for effective statistical analysis,this paper expounds the current situation of personal wealth management products of Shihezi Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank,and compares the demand of investors of Shihezi Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank with the supply side of the bank.The asymmetry between supply and demand is found,and on the basis of the analysis and comparison of this data,it is pointed out that To the branch's personal financial products,network marketing,upgrading and other aspects of the corresponding suggestions and suggestions.The introduction of the first part mainly focuses on the market environment of the research as a specific research background,the significance of the research and the research arrangement adopted,and the second part of the research project design.The paper introduces the theoretical basis of the scheme design,the design of the field interview and the design of the questionnaire.The third part is the focus of this paper and the basis of the data analysis.Based on the demand of the individual wealth management products of the ICBC Shihezi Branch,the specific data in the questionnaire is obtained.The basic situation of the investor and the investment behavior are analyzed,three factors that affect the demand side are found,and the analysis is carried out;the fourth part of the ICBC Shihezi Branch On the basis of understanding the basic situation of this branch and the current situation of personal financial products,through the third part of the problem of demand-side response,we find the problems existing in the supply side of personal financial products of Industrial and Commercial Bank Shihezi Branch.And analyze it;The fifth part is the end of this paper,is also the conclusion of this research,through the above four parts of the preparation of the corresponding comments and suggestions.
