By the 2016,Our personal disposable income reached 23821 yuan,the total national income will reach 2.19662 trillion yuan,the rapid growth of the residents'wealth brings a big chance for the development of the wealth management of Chinese Commercial Banks,Meanwhile,the speeding up of interest rate marketization and the development of the Internet financial,which take challenges to the development of commercial bank personal wealth management,.Thinking above all,the research of the development and problems of commercial bank personal wealth managment will better promote its development.The full text mainly carries out research in accordance with the theoretical basis,finding out questions,analyzing the problem,solving the problem,conclusions.First,this paper summarizes the main points and achievements of the domestic and foreign literatures on the personal wealth management of commercial banks,and finds out that commercial banks in China have made certain achievements in the development of personal wealth management,but compared with foreign commercial banks,wealth management theory of foreign banks is more rich and perfect.Second,uses the historical review method to brief review of the development process of wealth management of banks in china during ten years,which help to better grasp its trend of future development.,and followed by a detailed analysis of the status and the main problem of personal wealth managemen.Thrid,uses the case analysis method,specifically introduced the development model of personal wealth management in international banks(UBS Group,HSBC Bank,Wells Fargo),hope to give a reference to the development of commercial banks in China.Finally,this paper gives some innovative suggestions to improve the development of personal wealth of commercial banks in china,which including the business development,marketing,product innovation,risk controlling and personnel training.
