With the economic growth and the improvement of peopleundefineds material living standards,people pay more and more attention to the food industry.This paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of Machel Company,analyzes the future development trend of food processing industry and the current operating situation of McKell Company In the 21 st century,the maximization of enterprise value has gradually replaced the profit maximization.Managers pay more attention to the future development of the enterprise,rather than just consider the immediate interests,ignoring the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper will use cash flow method to evaluate the value of McKell Company.Autho analyze the operating situation of the company and find out the key points of the growth of the operating value of the company,and put forward some suggestions for improvement,which is helpful to the better development of the company in the future.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the investors of the company,so that investors can know more deeply about the enterprise,increase the scientific and rational judgment,and reduce the risk of investment.This study is divided into five chapters,its contents are as follows:The first and the second part: introduced the research background of this topic and the research status at home and abroad;introduced the enterprise value evaluation theory in-depth.The third part: an overview of the overall situation of the company,and then the evaluation process is introduced,according to the process of the company to carry on the detailed analysis.The fourth and fifth parts: construct the evaluation case,evaluate the company,and get the evaluation value of the enterprise is 2.671 billion yuan.According to the suggestions given to the company by the evaluation value and the possible improvements in the business process,this paper provides a reference for managers and investors,and puts forward some possible ideas for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the food processing industry to enhance their brand value and development.
