Listed food processing enterprise is the leading enterprises in food processing enterprises, their scale strength, good economic benefit, is China’s food processing industry leading enterprises, to represent the development of food processing industry. Food processing enterprises in our country since the reform and opening up has realized the rapid development of the enterprise assets scale, output, energy consumption, total profits, employment, etc have a qualitative leap. In the new normal, China’s grain processing enterprises in the presence of internal and external problems while facing new development opportunities. This article mainly for food processing enterprises in the a-share listed for this paper to explore food processing enterprises in China are some of the problems and solutions, this to our country in much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning to build A well-off society in an all-round way has the vital significance.In this paper, based on the theory of the competitiveness theory, through SPSS19 software using factor analysis method to select indicators for the 12 variables for a-share listed 25 grain processing enterprises to evaluate the competitiveness of the research. Isolated from the 12 indexes of variables in the liquidity factor and scale factor, assets turnover factor, enterprise growth factor these four common factor to explain the listed state of food processing enterprise competitiveness.The first part of this article mainly introduced the research background, research purpose and significance, literature review at home and abroad are introduced, and explain the research train of thought, method and possible innovations. The second part of the theoretical basis mainly expounds the competitiveness theory, enterprise competitiveness evaluation theory and related theoretical basis. The third part introduces the developing situation of the listed food processing enterprises in China, analyzes the problems existing in the grain processing enterprises in China as well as the opportunity. The fourth part, based on factor analysis to the listed the category of food processing enterprise competitiveness evaluation method and the choice of indicators of the guiding ideology, to select and the sample data, build the public food processing enterprise competitiveness factor evaluation model. The fifth part under the factor analysis Angle of view for 25 a-share listed food processing enterprise competitiveness evaluation of empirical analysis.
