Study On The Comprehensive Renovation Division Of County Land And Soil Space

The comprehensive rectification of the land as a process for human beings to adopt comprehensive measures to develop,utilize,rectify and protect all the land resources within a certain space to achieve sustainable development has been regarded as an important work content serving the national top-level strategy.It is an important driving force for promoting modernization,a key starting point for coordinating the development of urban and rural integration,a core platform for promoting new urbanization and rural revitalization,and a path for realizing ecological civilization.The traditional land remediation planning and zoning is mainly to increase the area of cultivated land and improve the quality of cultivated land.The remediation and zoning mode can no longer meet the requirements of comprehensive land remediation tasks.This paper is based on the internal requirements of the comprehensive improvement of land consolidation,coordinating the functional appeal of land space ecology,production and life,determining the potential of agricultural land remediation,the potential of rural construction land remediation,and the potential of urban industrial and mining construction land remediation as indicators of land remediation;The importance of ecological functions such as ecological importance,ecological importance of soil and water conservation,and ecological sensitivity of soil erosion are used as indicators of ecological environment;indicators such as urbanization rate are determined as indicators of social economy.On the basis of the rectification index,the scientific method is used to measure and evaluate each index,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to assign weights to each index.According to the weighted index comprehensive score results,cluster analysis is used to comprehensively rectify the land.Initial zoning,coordination of county land and soil space planning,the formation of the final division of the national comprehensive remediation.This paper uses the concept and method of comprehensive land consolidation to conduct an empirical study on the comprehensive land consolidation area of Lushan County,selecting the potential of agricultural land remediation,the potential of urban construction land remediation,the importance of soil and water conservation ecological function,the index system of social and economic development level,and the application level.The analysis method clarifies the weight of the indicator system,superimposes the indicators on the GIS platform,and coordinates the county space planning,and constructs the comprehensive land consolidation area of Lushan County.The main findings include the following:(1)Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of resource and environmental factors and socio-economic factors in the study area,use the method of calculating the potential of agricultural land remediation in the “Provisions for the Preparation of County-Level Land Remediation Planning” to evaluate the potential of agricultural land remediation,according to the Town Planning Standards,In the "Guidelines for the Planning of Village Construction in Henan Province",the urban and rural planning land use standards evaluate the potential of urban village construction land remediation in the study area,and evaluate the soil and water conservation ecological service function and socio-economic development level of the study area.On the basis of the selection of traditional land remediation impact factors,it has increased the influencing factors of urban land use conservation,ecological function and social economic development,and enriched the connotation of the national comprehensive remediation impact factor indicators.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to the regional factors of the comprehensive improvement of the land in the study area,the spatial analysis module of the GIS platform performs grid computing on the weights of each impact factor,and uses the cluster analysis method to divide the division of the remediation.On this basis,the convergence Coordinate the spatial function planning of main functional zoning,urban master plan and ecological function zoning in Lushan County,and finally form a comprehensive land consolidation area that meets the development requirements of the research area.On the basis of the traditional land remediation model with the main purpose of increasing cultivated land,the urban-rural relationship,the quality of ecological environment and the quality of human settlements are coordinated,enriching the requirements of the new era for the comprehensive land consolidation.
