Research On Land Comprehensive Consolidation Potentiality And Regionalization For Land Consolidation In County Level

Comprehensive land management is the efficient mean of land resources allocation, foodsecurity, and urban and rural development. Traditional land remediation partition, was mostly forthe purpose of the supplement the number of farming. With the development and deepening of theland remediation, simply increasing the cultivated area can not meet the requirements of thedevelopment of sustainable land use. Land and Resources issued a notice requirement the variousadministrative departments carry out land remediation work well, especially the proposedadditional land from the simple to the additional land area and improve the quality of farmland,land remediation and other special topics each combination of development. But also on theimplementation of the main functional areas of the proposed practical requirements, co-ordinationarrangements overall planning, construction science, regulation and orderly partition, moretargeted land remediation plan.This paper is divided into theoretical research in general, content and methods, empiricalresearch and conclusions and discussion.(1) the relevant theoretical research, including thebackground, purpose and significance of progress at home and abroad research;(2) research andmethods section includes the main contents of this paper, the technology roadmap and commonland remediation estimates and the potential for remediation partitioning methods;(3) empiricalresearch is conducted on the basis of some of the major regional strategic studies on landremediation potential estimates, building evaluation system to determine the weight of each index,the use of cluster analysis to partition the study area;(4) conclusions and discussion sectionincludes conclusions and outlook for this lack of research resultsThis paper, relying on Yaodu District Land remediation plan (2011-2015),based on thefoundation of the regional land remediation strategy analysis, combined with study area realpotential index in land remediation, land use index, and social standards of living index ecologicalenvironment quality index, establishes evaluation index system, determines the weight of eachindex using entropy method. Via K-means clustering analysis in SPSS, the study area is dividedinto urban development areas to optimize industrial comprehensive treatment area, agriculturalarea and the comprehensive improvement of ecological conservation area, made recommendationsfor improvement district characteristics. And concluded：(1) Based on the strategic orientation of the regional land remediation partitioning method,land remediation can work with the county social and economic development. Besides, landremediation responses to the development, improves the results fit partition and regionaldevelopment. Therefore, the strategic orientation of the regional land remediation works as animportant basis for the work of county zoning land remediation designation(2) Based on the purpose and significance of county, combining basic research related to landremediation partition, this paper explores the county zoning land remediation methods to improvethe basic theoretical research land remediation system,which is practical significance for practicalguidance remediation work.(3) Compared with the traditional single-factor Zoning of land remediation potential ofland-based, comprehensive treatment Zoning includes the study area in a system, and the overallcomposite score for each unit of study is the basis for division of remediation area, as a result,partition results is scientific stronger.
