Research On Financial Support For Agricultural Science And Technology Extension By Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank

As the national commercial grain production base,the main producing area of grain and cash crops and the pilot city of aquaculture of Sichuan province,the need to develop modern agriculture of Neijiang is urgent.The extension of agricultural technology is an indispensable key link in the development of modern agriculture.Agricultural technology extension cannot do without the support of finance.Relying on finance to develop agricultural technology popularization can effectively improve the success rate of popularization,promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,and improve the level of agricultural modernization.As the largest financial institution of Neijiang,Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank has played a very important role in the financial support for the extension of agricultural technology,and has made some achievements.However,due to the high risk of agricultural technology extension,the complexity of financial market environment and the limitations of its own development,Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank has some problems in the process of financial support for agricultural technology extension.How to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of financial support for agricultural technology extension of Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank in combination with the actual situation of Neijiang has become an urgent research topic.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and case study to study the current situation of financial support for agricultural science and technology extension by Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank.This paper analyzes the financial support input,talent structure,credit interest rate level,risk management level and other relevant data of Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank for agricultural science and technology extension and found that Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank has such problems as insufficient effective investment,insufficient service ability,insufficient universality and poor risk status in financial support for agricultural science and technology extension.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper finds out the factors that restrict the financial support effect of Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank for agricultural science and technology extension,such as insufficient attention,defects in talent construction mechanism,deviation in development focus,defects in financial products and services,and serious information asymmetry.In view of the problems in the financial support provided by Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank for agricultural science and technology promotion,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of the workforce,increase the price of products,reduce the pricing of products,improve therisk management system,speed up the disposal of non-performing assets,strengthen the promotion of agricultural science and technology,accelerate the promotion of innovative financial product service application,innovate information mechanism,increase agricultural insurance application,and establish a multi-party financing model to strengthen and improve the recommendations of Neijiang Rural Commercial Bank for agricultural technology promotion financial support.
