Study On The Project Of Establishmnet And Operation Of Quality Management System For HZ Cryogenic Laboratory

In recent years,The construction of lab quality management system become more scientific and standardized with the promulgation and implementation of a series of standards such as ISO/IEC 17025:2005?General requirements for testing and calibration laboratory capabilities?.More and more labs have applied for accreditation of national accreditation laboratories.They established the quality management system,and as a basis for laboratory management,to improve their quality management level and enhance social awareness.Therefore,the construction and operation of scientific and perfect laboratory quality management system is of great significance to the laboratory.This thesis focuses on four aspects.At first,it introduces the present situation of laboratory operation,and collects the problems which existing in the lab through customer complaints and satisfaction surveys,and analysis the causes in several aspects such as test process,management system,personnel management and customer complaints.Then,the thesis studies the establishment and operation of HZ cryogenic lab quality management system.The thesis elaborate on the whole process for the establishment of quality management system such as quality policy,quality objectives,structure and organization of system files in accordance with the project's work breakdown,planning and implementation procedures.The quality system has been proved be effective through the internal audit and management view after the trial operation.The paper also presents a simple and clear flow chart for HZ cryogenic lab.The test flow combines the lab's business process of sample receipt,sample processing,testing and reporting,then identify and control the key links that affect the accuracy of detection results and the test cycle in order to meet the requirements of laboratory quality assurance and customer satisfaction.Finally,the thesis states the lab management information system which is developed according to the standard terms which has requirements for test data and report.The lab's work efficiency has been enhanced greatly through the implementation of this system.
