Iso9000 Quality System-based Services Sector-oriented Quality Management Information System Research And Design

At present, because of popularization of information technology, enterprise management is stepping into informationaiization process. Quality management is also into informationaiization process. These years, international famous enterprises have being adopt ISO9000 standard to perfect their quality management system, and have being used computer technology to achieve quality information's collection, deposition, analysis and backward. Our country's quality management information spend begin in 1980s, Through many years, it has some basement, early or late go through CAQ and IQS. Now some new conception about quality information system is appear such as face to provision chain's quality information system, face to dummy enterprise's quality information system, and so on. But these quality information systems are to serve for industry enterprises, not for service enterprises.Based on the background, my text will to study the information spend of service enterprise base on ISO9000 standard, and to design service quality management information system. Thesis mainly consists of five parts. In the first part, the background and meaning of the thesis is put out, and sum up the study about computer assistant quality management. The second part sum up the theory base of the thesis. The third part studies the theory model of service quality management information system base on ISO9000. The fourth part, base on the third part, design service quality management information system base on ISO9000 of Jihua hotel of Jinan, Shandong. The last part sum up some important technology such as information collection, quality evaluation and data stat. method.The thesis's useful conclusion and main innovation:(1) Plot out ISO9000 into three levels, and design the structure of information system base on the three levels.(2) Bring forward the measure of quality management information system face to service enterprise, base on ISO9000.(3) Design quality management information system of Jihua hotel of Jinan, Shandong province.
