As great progress has been made in Chinese society,science and technology,market-oriented economy forced the enterprises to cope with the even harder competition.Human resource counts a lot in the competition.Where there is human resource,where there is the capacity to stand longer and to survive and become stronger.As man sows,so he shall reap.To maximize the use of staff,there should be rational operation of them.And here comes the need to a reasonable assessment of the efficiency of manpower resource allocation,which results from a scientific and effective mechanism to evaluate it.It is the scientific assessment that is the only way to wholly manage manpower and make the best use of it.In another word,a scientific and effective mechanism to is the very beginning and the most significant to human resource allocation and management.Whether the assessment is accuracy or scientific or not could make difference not only in the implement of company's planning of manpower but also in the development of the corporation.As the government has made the Two-child policy into affection,there is going to be a great demand of preprimary education.XR has adapted to the development and began to engage in this field.While the company is too young to deal with the management of classing and staff.Therefore,it is necessary to form a human resource allocation assessment's index system on the found of development strategy and the characteristics of the industry to optimize the human resource using of XR.Find the problem and fix it,to serve as base to make scientific decision on XR's human resource planning and development,and build a strong foundation for the company's long-time future.Firstly,the writer reading quite number of related literatures combines the background of the industry,the strategy of company's development and the feature of the corporation itself to make an assessment on the manpower using of XR by questionnaire survey.There requires improvement in such fields: the percentage of manpower allocation,staff and organization coordination,the shortage of workers,employee structure and bad beneficial result.Secondly,after the SWOT analysis of XR and analysis of strategic choice,combined with relevant literature research,this paper identifies five first-level indicators which including the quantity,structure and quality of human resources as well as the benefit of the corporation and the cost of manpower management,secondary indicators attached also included,to construct a scientific and rational human resource allocation efficiency evaluation index system.Thirdly,by designing corresponding questionnaires and choosing scholars with certain practical experience and theoretical knowledge to fulfillment the survey,I use the analytic hierarchy process under the help of related software to clear-out the importance of each index in the evaluation system.Finally,the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the human resource allocation efficiency of XR Company.According to the evaluation results,it gives advice to adjust human resource structure,increase the quantity of human resources,improve the quality of human resources and enlarge the company's benefits to improve the human resource allocation efficiency.
