In recent years,the development of the Mobile Internet is growing fast,which is the combination of mobile communication and the Internet.The mobile communication provides the subscriptions to communicate anytime anywhere.The internet has the advantages of openness,sharing and interaction.The Mobile Internet inherits all of the traits.Driven by Big Data technology,the Mobile Internet will be brought unprecedented leap in the future.Under this background,4G was born.Compared with 2G/3G,4G has faster download speed,higher spectral efficiency,shorter access delay and lower network costs.Thanks to the development of 4G and the mobile devices,the Mobile Internet industry will be more powerful.With the arrival of 4G,there are more and more intense competition between operators.In addition to the traditional powerful telecommunication operators,more and more cross-border Internet companies are joining the 4G market as well.Among them,China Mobile faces unprecedented challenges.Jiangsu Mobile,one of the province companies in China Mobile,also faces tremendous pressure of 4G market competition.In the fierce market competition,challenges and opportunities are coexist.When facing the competition,how to choose strategies and implement them,is the issue for Jiangsu Mobile,which is going to be addressed by this paper.Based on the above,taking Jiangsu mobile as an example,this paper is to explore the 4G development strategy of Jiangsu mobile in the era of Mobile Internet,tap the potential of enterprise to gain maximum profit in the industry.This paper,based on the background of the topic,will introduce the development of 4G business trends at home and abroad,and also show the analysis of the internal and external environments of Jiangsu Mobile's 4G market.On the basis of this analysis,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jiangsu Mobile 4G business are studied in detail,and the specific strategies are proposed for 4G market competition.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of 4G competitive strategies of Jiangsu Mobile,the aspects which should be implemented are summarized,including building the golden and own content distribution networks,digging the big data of the mobile services and strengthen the 4G marketing precision.
