As a branch of management science, strategy management is a newly developingcourse which further expands and enriches the contents of management research.Strategy management is a science studying how to keep an organization stable, fast andhealthy development through establishing overall projects and strategy to maintain itscompetition strength when the organization locates in fast developing and complicatedenvironment.The fasting development of Sichuan mobile Communications Markets has createdperfect environment for Sichuan economy and pushed the information-process ofSichuan economy. Now Sichuan Mobile Communications Corporations (SCMCC) isof course the leader of Sichuan mobile Communications Markets and is facing moreand more competition. How to discover their strengths and worses? How to seizeopportunities and avoid threats? How to keep the stable and continues rising profits byexecution the proper strategy? This paper is focus on analyzing and probing theseproblems. By discussing these problems, it attempts to provide referent strategy forSCMCC to make underlying profit margin.This thesis is regarding ChengDu mobile Co. ltd as the research object. It analyzesthe whole process of collecting and sorting out market's materials, analyzing theinvestigate results, and at last draw up the strategy by using suitable strategicinstruments. After that, it gives out the competition market strategic blueprint in 3G erato ChengDu mobile Co. ltd. It also try to explain the principle and the basicprocedure that the business enterprises should follow when proceeding strategicprogram, and diligently invests the general path using strategic management to practiceregarding this as an example.The structure of this thesis is divided into six parts as follows.First, brief introduce background and relative theories and methods. It introducesthe background, premise hypothesis and relative basic theories and methods of thisthesis.Second, analyze competition circumstances and statues of mobileCommunications Markets in China. It introduces the industrial background of thisthesis. It includes the process of Chinese Telecommunication System reformation, the features of mobile communications markets, the states of China Mobile and ChinaUnicorn, the improvement of mobile techniques and the situation of Chengdu Mobile.Third, study the outer situation of Chengdu Mobile. It introduce and analyze themacro situation, regional industrial situation and market situation of the studying ofChengdu Mobile.Fourth, analyze the inner factors of Chengdu Mobile. It analyzes the innerfactors of Chengdu Mobile by the tools of IFE.Fifth, Analyzing the strengths, worses, opportunities and threats by the methodof SWOT and gives the SWOT matrix. After that, analyses and assesses strategicsituation of Chengdu Mobile by SPACE matrix.Sixth and the last part, give the market compete stategy of Chengdu Mobile in 3Gera. It gives the market compete blueprint of Chengdu Mobile in 3G era throughcompetition strategy and supporting measures.This thesis combines theory with practice, investigates the strategy of ChengduMobile in keen competition 3G era by true and real firsthand material. It investigatesthe business enterprise facing great change around its exterior environment how toacquire better existent and developmental space through practicing strategicmanagement, also provides some similar lessons for business enterprise oneself.
