21st century is the fast period that both world economy and China’s economy developed rapidly.The emergence of globalization,new technology and innovation model,makes all enterprises in various industries all facing more and more fierce competition.In order to find its own unique way to success in the fierce competition,depending on different needs,enterprises will outsource one or several human resources managing work to the third-party organizations,so as to reduce the operating costs,gain more competitive advantages and achieve the maximum profits.Thus,human resource outsourcing service came into the market under this background.With the development of our country’s economy,the market demands of human resource outsourcing service are expanding,and the competition in service providers is becoming more and more intense.Under the environment of fierce competition,to those private outsourcing enterprises,how to use their own advantages to enhance the value of services,to develop a suitable marketing strategy,to maintain the existing customers and to expand market shares gradually,is a first and foremost problem that needs to face at this stage.This paper takes Heilongjiang Foreign Enterprises Consult&Service Co.Ltd(HLJFCS)as an example of the research,which is the first established private human resources outsourcing enterprise in Heilongjiang province.By analyzing HLJFCS’s marketing strategy step by step,the author aims to further discuss its developing methods in present and future competition.By introducing human resource outsourcing service and its marketing strategy,it can be concluded that an effective way for enterprises to maintain their own sustainable development is to orient customer demands,to deep engaged in service product value,to lead customer n eeds and to apply effective marketing strategy.Based on the theory of economic transaction cost and principal agent,using the theory of SWOT analysis to summarize the main problems of HLJFCS;according to the theory of economic and using the STP method,to segment customers’markets,to make their own suitable competitive strategy clear.In order to sum up the company’s needs to do a long-term development strategy,integrated with marketing theory,to analyze the marketing plan for HLJFCS and to determine the marketing strategy for HLJFCS.At the same time,the author analyzes problems of integrated marketing of the organizational structure,service product,and internal management system,content of product,market development and public relations managem ent in the application of human resource outsourcing suppliers.Finally,the author makes a summary of the integration marketing strategy,and puts forward a personal suggestion to the future development direction of human resource outsourcing in HLJFCS.Meanwhile,the author hopes that it will be helpful for those relevant enterprises to develop future marketing strategy in service industry of human resource.
