Research On Growth Evaluation Of New Three Board Information Technology Enterprises

As a "capillary" of the economy,small and medium-sized enterprises(smes),though small in scale but large in number,are an important force for economic and social development.Smes play an irreplaceable role in creating employment,innovating production and economic growth.At present,China has formed a multi-level capital market system including the main board,small and medium-sized board,growth enterprise board and new third board,among which the new third board,as a national securities trading venue,serves the development of innovative,entrepreneurial and growing small and medium-sized enterprises and is the basic link of the capital market.The information technology enterprises of the new third board are the most innovative group and core strength among the listed companies.By the end of 2017,the information technology enterprises of the new third board account for 19.64% of the total listed companies.However,information technology enterprises in the new third board market are basically small and medium-sized enterprises,which have problems such as small scale,low management level and development ability,and high operational risks.At the same time,the trading activity and liquidity of the new third board market are relatively low,the market functions such as value discovery,resource introduction and risk aversion are not fully developed,and external support is insufficient.No matter to enterprise managers,investors or regulators,the growth of information technology enterprises of the new third board need to be paid attention to and solved.On the basis of studying the theoretical results and research essence of the predecessors,I systematically collate and meticulously summarize the research methods of domestic and foreign theories and growth evaluation of enterprise growth.The growth evaluation of the new three-board information technology enterprises was designed and modeled,representative enterprises were selected as research samples,and the growth evaluation of the three-board information technology enterprises was empirically studied using factor analysis method.It also ranks,analyzes and tests the results of the research,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to the managers and regulatory departments of enterprises,hoping to objectively reflect the development situation and growth potential of the new three-board information technology enterprises,and mainly provide practical basis for the managers to adjust and change their management strategies.It provides effective ideas for the service and supervision of the regulatory authorities and promotes the stable and healthy development of the new three-board information technology enterprises.
