Z Enterprise Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain Optimization Research

In recent years,the development of e-commerce in China has maintained the trend of rapid development.At the same time,online shopping has gradually changed people's consumption habits and life concepts,constantly affecting people's daily life.With the development of e-commerce for many years,e-commerce has formed a development model from commodity trading,capital transfer,business activities,supply chain design to business development,industrial chain and industrial cluster formation.At the same time,e-commerce,with its low-cost,high-efficiency and globalization characteristics,has a wide impact on manufacturing,logistics,consumption and other livelihood industries.It has fostered a variety of new formats,created many new demands,expanded traditional economic development,and promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,which has become a new driving force for social and economic development.According to the development status of cross-border e-commerce,this paper combs the current development situation,business processes,main problems and future development trend of cross-border e-commerce.At the same time,this paper takes the supply chain service of cross-border e-commerce,international express operation and slef-operated e-commerce platform business of Z enterprise as the research object,through inquiring data and combining with their own working experience in the enterprise,makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the above business and the optimization strategy adopted by the company,and puts forward countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part begins with the introduction of cross-border e-commerce,elaborates the current situation of cross-border e-commerce and the business process of import and export,and determines the research direction.The second part begins from the introduction of cross-border electricity supplier,elaborated on cross-border electricity supplier status and related business process management and optimization theory.The third part deeply analyses the current business situation of Z enterprise,discusses the development strategy of Z enterprise,analyses the current environment of Z enterprise,and combs the main problems of Z enterprise supply chain management.The fourth part uses supply chain optimization theory,through adjustment of organizational structure and relevant optimization of supply chain,relevant feasible solutions and illustrates the optimization effect with examples.The fifth part summarizes the significance and main problems of this study,and puts forward suggestions for future research.Finally,based on the supply chain management,this paper analyses the management problems existing in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain of Z enterprise,puts forward the optimization methods and solutions,and ultimately reduces the overall cost of cross-border supply chain and improves the overall efficiency of cross-border supply chain.
