| With the rapid development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China’s economic strength and scientific and technological strength have been greatly improved.The people’s demand for high-quality wireless communication has become increasingly widespread.In addition,the application and promotion of wireless Internet technology and wireless transmission technology,a large number of mobile communication construction projects have been implemented,and the national 4G communication construction project is in full swing.In addition,since the end of 2018,18 cities have started 5G communication construction pilot projects.For all communication construction projects,progress control is not only the key but also the difficult point,which is the focus of attention of all participants in communication construction.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper takes the project schedule management of company A’s 2014 4G construction project as the research object.Aiming at the problems of random command,random planning and inadequate execution of the schedule in the 4G communication project,this paper aims to coordinate resources,rationally arrange the schedule and formulate a suitable schedule through the application of project schedule management knowledge.The progress plan of the project and the process control of the progress plan are well done.In this case,we mainly use WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)and CPM(Key Route Method)tools and methods of project schedule management,as well as Microsoft Project 2016 software,to plan the project first,to decompose the base station construction project activities,to estimate the duration of the activities,to determine the sequence of the project activities,and to develop from a single site to batches.By the time the whole project is completed,the original planned duration is 133 days for the 4G project,the actual duration is 88 days,saving 45 days.The research results of this paper have been implemented in the base station construction of Company A,which greatly improves the progress of base station construction and achieves good application results.It provides a reference for the progress management of communication construction project and the upcoming 5G construction in the future. |
