Post Evaluation Research And Application Of Wireless Network Project

This thesis makes a research on the post project evaluation in this thesis, provides a framework, index, methods and procedures needed for implementing post evaluation for wireless network project, and successfully completed a post evaluation for a wireless network project of the provincial villages.The thesis reviews the relevant theories of post project evaluation, introduces the evaluating contents for the wireless network project. Using PDCA methods as a reference, it construct an evaluating framework including deciding target, handling, analyzing and summarizing. It put forward a practical two-tier index system, including key indexes and analyzing/calculating indexes, and then selection is made for the evaluating method corresponding to each index. Evaluating procedure is also given with normalized marking basis.According to the actual requirements of the construction unit, the author has completed post evaluation of wireless network project. Evaluating description and conclusions are listed including target evaluation, process evaluation, effectiveness evaluation, impact evaluation and continuous process evaluation.The post evaluation methodology is applied to the actual wireless network project, the results show that standardizing index, methods and procedures are validated and effective. It can be used as a general guideline for the post evaluation of wireless network project.
