Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Eficiency And Spatial Spillover Of Industrial Enterpri Ses Above Designated Size In Anhui Province

As the backbone of Anhui's economy,industrial enterprises are also the most important carrier of technological innovation activities.Although the technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province is developing rapidly,industrial enterprises in various regions of Anhui Province are caused by differences in geographical location and education level.The efficiency of technological innovation varies greatly.In order to maximize the output of limited resources,it is particularly important to study the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province.In this study,through the combing of the literature,the industrial enterprises above designated size in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province were selected as research objects.The technical innovation efficiency evaluation system was established.Through the three-stage DEA model analysis,the static efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province and the influencing factors of environmental variables were obtained.The three-stage DEA-Mulquist index method was used to analyze the dynamic efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in 16prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province.The convergence and the Theil index were used to test the convergence and internal differences.Finally,the application was made.The space effect was tested,and combined with the actual situation of enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province were put forward.Studies have shown that the comprehensive technical efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in various regions of Anhui Province is significantly different.Factors such as openness,quality of laborers and government support are important factors influencing the efficiency of science and technology output in various cities in Anhui.The low efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of industrial enterprises above designated size in northern Fujian is an important reason for the inefficiency of Anhui's overall technological innovation capability.The difference in scientific and technological efficiency between cities in Anhui Province is caused by changes in different causes.The efficiency of technological innovation output of industrial enterprises above designated size in prefecture-level cities in the same region still varies greatly.There is no aggregation effect on the comprehensive technical efficiency of enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province,and there is a phenomenon of random distribution.
