Achieving rapid economic development is of vital importance for both the country and enterprises.However,while pursuing rapid economic development,enterprises should also attach great importance to the sustainable growth of enterprises.Survival is the premise of development,and development is the premise of income.With the development and progress of society,the economic system has changed.After continuous reform and development,China's economic development pays more attention to sustainability,and sustainable development has become an important strategy for economic development.Some enterprises blindly pursue the growth rate of finance and the maximization of economic benefits,thus turning a blind eye to the problems of sustainable development of enterprises,and eventually lead enterprises to go further and further on the road of steady progress.On the one hand,the sustainable growth of an enterprise is affected by various factors such as human resources,technical resources and corporate culture;on the other hand,the sustainable growth of an enterprise is affected by factors such as net sales interest rate,profit retention rate and equity multiplier.Sustainable and healthy development is an important factor for the survival and development of enterprises.It enables enterprises to remain in the fierce competition among enterprises and in the rapidly developing market economy for a long time.To achieve sustainable income,enterprises need sustainable development.The most fundamental reason is the sustainable existence of enterprises.Therefore,the financial management of enterprises is closely related to their sustainable development.As for the paper,on the premise of finishing related data internal and external,applied the combination with qualitative research and quantitative research combined with case study method,from the Beijing Oriental internal practical situation and the developing situation,through the analysis of the current to indicate financial status and its related problems,the use of the sustainable model to the sustainable growth of BOE general analysis,found the flaws exposed,which need to improve the classic model,based on this to make a further analysis on enterprise's sustainable growth.The improved sustainable growth model is applied to the case study of BOE,so as to find out the existing problems in its financial management and put forward corresponding Suggestions to better promote the sustainable development of the company.This article embarks from the internal actual situation and thedeveloping situation,after a detailed comparison of the choice and combined with boe management actual situation,to improve the sustainable growth model,and the improved sustainable growth model is applied to the case analysis of BOE,evaluate the application of the improved model,aiming at the problems found in its financial management,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,to promote the sustainable development of enterprises better.
