A Study Of High-quality Demand In The High-quality Development Of China's Economy Under The Background Of The New Era

Under the background of the new era,China's economic growth and development would bid farewell to the stage of the speed pursuit and the quantity transcendence,then enter a new development stage with the theme of high quality and efficiency.High quality will inevitably become the main line of logic which would guide China's economic development present and for a time,and high-quality development will inevitably become the core concept of the new era.The basis for high-quality economic development is both the high-quality supply and demand system overall.It is required to improve not only the quality of the supply system,but also the quality of the demand system.Under the premise of the transformation of major contradictions of China's society in the new era,the development status of the consumption needs for the household sector,the investment needs for the corporate sector,the purchasing needs for government departments and the external demand for the international economic sector could be comprehensively reflected by the quality of demand simultaneously.Therefore,it is important to research the status and the changing situation of China's demand quality in high-quality development with both theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above research perspectives,this paper firstly analyzes the standard factors which affect the quality level of demand in the system,in order to identify the standard state of high quality demand.On the one hand,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of demand quality analysis,and clarifies the logical mechanism that how every factor affects high quality demand.On the other hand,by constructing a demand quality evaluation index system with six dimensions,this paper firstly selects the method of principal component analysis to measure and evaluate the quality of China's demand during the period of 2005—2015 with other approaches,then clarifies its standard state according to its existing characteristics and trends.Lastly,from the degree of deviation,this paper find out the restrictive factors for the improvement of China's demand quality in order to change the path in time.Besides that,it is also helpfulto carry out targeted policy adjustments and ensure the steady development of China's economy in the direction of high quality ultimately.The purpose of this paper is to explore the theory and method of China's demand quality measurement evaluation,and try to provide some valuable references for the construction of China's demand quality evaluation index system and the realization of the actual measure.This paper could also provide some theoretical support and feasible options for exploring how to promote the high-quality development of China's economy by means of high-quality demand.
